* WINDS…EAST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH. GUSTS AS HIGH
AS 60 MPH ACROSS EXPOSED RIDGES AND CAPES, MAINLY NORTH OF
NEWPORT. STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…AS LOW AS 10 PERCENT. POOR TO MODERATE
OVERNIGHT HUMIDITY RECOVERIES.
