NORTHWESTERN TILLAMOOK COUNTIES UNTIL 900 AM PDT…

At 837 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Garibaldi, moving northeast at 35 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 45 mph will be possible with
this storm as it comes on shore.

Locations impacted include…
Garibaldi, Manzanita, Rockaway Beach, Cape Meares, Bay City, Wheeler,
Nehalem, Mohler, Foss and Salmonberry.

This includes the following highways in Oregon…
U.S. Highway 26 west of Portland between mile markers 3 and 4.
U.S. Highway 101 between mile markers 38 and 62.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
